Nectar Detectives Excerpt:

On a lovely morning on Ahway Island, the sun shined down on the flowers that dotted the meadows and gardens. A soft breeze tickled their petals, shaking the dew from them. A little bumblebee was dozing on one such petal. Feeling this gentle swaying, Bert Bumblebee woke up, stretched his fuzzy legs, and yawned. With a happy hum, he took off for a flight. It was a beautiful day to go and gather some delicious nectar.

Bert buzzed cheerfully through the familiar patch of wildflowers. He dipped his round little body between their white petals and took a deep, refreshing drink of the sweet nectar. The pollen tickled his legs as he flitted from flower to flower.

Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.
