There has long been criticisms of the way security is purchased with claims that buyers prioritise price over quality, while suppliers accept low price bids to cut out the opposition. Meanwhile the image of security is tarnished. But how common is bad practice and what are the ways of remedying it? Is the security prepared to change and will it? What factors will influence buyers in engaging with the best sort of security, and could this become common practice?
This webinar will discuss:
What are the weak points in the way security is purchased?
What factors need to change to improve security buying practices?
What does outstanding practice look like
Panellists:
Gaitan Banzi – Head of Procurement of TIB Development Bank Ltd (Tanzania)
Roberto Fiorentino – CEO at Croma Security Solutions Group Plc (UK)
Finbarr McCarthy – Director, Global Workplace Safety & Security Operations, EMEA at Workday (Ireland)
