In this episode, we were joined by Dr. Sofia Cavalleri (MESPOM batch 13), an ethnobotanist researcher passionate about Traditional Medicine & Diet.
Currently Sofia is Researcher Coordinator at the Future Food Institute, where she leads publications on sustainable food systems and works on a million other exciting projects promoting healthy diets and food environments among other topics.
