Leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less. ~ states that the greatness of a leader is not measured by the amount of money one makes or position one has, but by the number of lives one influences. Without influence, you will never be able to lead others.

Taking care of your people individually and guarding their mindset against negative thoughts helps them maintain a healthy perspective and emotional stability.

Training them to see and think at a higher level must be taught from a leader's point of view.
