Emma Lembke is truly becoming a pioneer in the digital wellness space, talking about the impacts of social media from the Generation Z perspective. LOG OFF is a youth movement dedicated to rethinking and talking about social media by teens for teens. Our movement is composed of a wide array of mediums, such as our website, podcast, blog, developing character ed curriculum, wellbeing initiative, and teen leadership groups.
