Norbert Almeida aka “NORBALM” is a Security, Risk & Crisis manager with over 22 years of global experience.

As a Crisis Management specialist Norbert has delivered training & lectures at a number of local and international forums. His audience has included Govt. officials both in Pakistan & Internationally, Security Professionals, Students, Parents, and the general public.

Norbert has been certified as a Trainer of Trainers in areas such as Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Detection of Counterfeit Visas, Passport & Currency.

Passionate about volunteer work, Norbert is a qualified First Responder who has worked on disaster management during natural disasters, arson, and accidents within Pakistan. He regularly conducts training for local communities and interest groups in basic safety.
