I created Recovery Captured in hopes to make a safe environment for individuals to open up about their journey through recovery. You may be wondering "recovery from what?". Let me be the one to assure you that there is an endless list of chemical and behavioral addictions/disorders that we all are challenged with (personally, family, friends, etc.).
Let's be real, we all experience, in some way or another, overuse and/or compulsive behaviors around things that we encounter daily. And, if you are like me, I'm ready to take an action to better myself in all aspects!
