If you’ve been round the real estate block, you’ll know that this job comes with shifts, disruptions, and unexpected shifts. If we want to have long, successful careers, we have to constantly reinvent ourselves and adapt to changes we didn’t see coming.

The NAR settlement and changes to buyer agent compensation really shook up the industry, and left many agents wondering if this will be the thing that will take them out of the business.
