Matt Brawner is the managing partner for Minnesota Capital Management, which maintains a $30,000,000 portfolio covering 2,200+ units. The portfolio includes properties in Minnesota, Nevada, Arkansas and Tennessee. Matt and his partners own their own property management company, Northwoods Servicing, which manages over 230+ units across Minneapolis/St. Paul. Northwoods is a licensed real estate brokerage and general contractor. Matt is also a licensed real estate broker in the states of Minnesota and Nevada. Matt has been a real estate investor since 2011. He left a career as a professional fundraiser in 2018 to pursue real estate full time. Matt, his wife and their three children live in Minneapolis, MN.
