Ego plays a massive part in our lives as Human Beings.
Many people define the Ego as being big headed or making it all about themselves, we often hear comments such as "He is very egotistical" or "She is full of herself"
What I would like to share in this Podcast is a different perspective on the Ego, what it is, why do we have it, and how does it work in the modern-day world.
Because as Leaders, we need to understand the Ego and how it filters reality and impacts behaviours, attitudes and performances, both in our team and in ourselves.
I will share with you 6 needs of the Ego and how we can recognise them.
