Welcome to Episode 2 of Season 2, 'Year of the Tiger'. This is a quick overview about your role in leading wellbeing. It derives from a popular video I originally published several months ago on my YouTube channel, which Spotify listeners can also now watch. For other podcasting platforms, it will present to you just the audio version. Either way, I hope you find it helpful content. This video podcast feature is a new functionality available to me on my podcast, so this is just testing it out. I hope it's useful to providing bonus content on here, particularly for those of you who prefer audio or otherwise don't use my YouTube content. While trialling the feature, I'll be restricting such episodes to just those videos over 10 minutes long (I believe anything below this is too short for the podcast format), so there's minimal repetition for those of you who also follow my YouTube channel.
