12 months ago Max co-founded Breathwrk.
Breathwrk evolved in Max’s mind after a series of events that sent his life spiralling towards depression. A story that is not uncommon with many young women & men all around the country.
Max was recommended Mediation, to calm his mind, but every time he sat still it was hard to focus with the dark clouds of anxiety circling.
That is when he discovered Breathwork.
Breathwork became the remote control to Max’s nervous system, allowing him to take control of his life again.
Breathwrk’s mission as a business is to “empower people to control their minds and bodies.”
Bringing these powerful and healing tools into everyday lives is something Max and his team as incredibly passionate about.
Breathwrk has had a meteoric rise being hot property in the venture capital space, featuring in Vogue & Goop, as well as currently accruing approximately 1000 new users every single day.
But I cannot help to think, it is Max’s & his team's commitment to genuinely help people with their everyday lives that is the real driver of such incredible growth.
