In this episode, Emmie shares her journey of using and embodying her Human Design. She shares how she started experimenting with small decisions, saying no to things that didn't feel good for her, and actually didn't get immediate results. After a little while, more aligned opportunities did come along, and she knew she was on the path to discovering something huge. We also talk about her favorite ways to rest and her favorite herbal infusions. In this episode we discuss:
  • How to let go of how society usually works and do your own thing
  • Following your Human Design when it doesn't make rational sense
  • Experiencing burnout as a Projector and struggling with feeling lazy
  • How we accommodate our Human Design in our business
  • Rest - do we need physical, mental, or emotional rest
  • The healing effect of gentle practices like yin and restorative yoga
  • How to rest when the mind goes crazy
  • How herbs like nettle and oat straw can soothe our nervous system
