Imagine you’ve managed to secure a place in a highly competitive degree. It’s an intense three years, but after graduating you manage to land a role with the third largest Australian company in your industry. It’s amazing. This is what you’ve been working for. But how does a fresh face navigate a roomful of talent you’ve admired for years?
