Sloan co-founded Sextant Search Partners which was a successful financial services search boutique with offices in New York and San Francisco. Within asset management, Sloan’s experience spans the functional areas of investments, research, fundraising and investor relations, marketing, operations, and general management. Her clients are people at family offices, investment management and private equity firms, endowments, foundations, and other allocator platforms.
