With all the years of being in motion as an athlete and coaching others to achieve to become I must say that “falling of the wagon,” is part of the process! Truth is that we are not perfect. Truth be told that we fall beneath the line and we have to have these moments sometimes to really understand and appreciate what a restart is and how to to follow through to get your fitness journey back into gear!
