Adham & Andy hang out this week with Ahmed Abou El Ela who has been on the fore-front for more than a decade of the insurance industry in Cairo, Egypt. Having embarked on his postgrad journey, he has made the geographic shift to the UAE where is starts a new chapter in his professional storyline.
Change management and time management have been a key skill that he has instilled when maneuvering the ups and downs of not only frequent travels for study and work, but also for the penultimate move here to the gulf.
Built with a passion to solve complex problems with a holistic mindset; Ahmed has been in various situations where change is the only constant; from a revolution in the country to economic uncertainties involving currency devaluations and hyperinflation. Such situations enabled Ahmed to explore new mindsets that helped develop resilience and agility throughout his career.
