Food supply chains are catching up to covid eating habits in the UK.
What might become obselete because of covid-19?
Prof MacMillan says "the notion that self sufficiency is irrelevant to how secure food supply is... as a country or a region that we don't need to grow much of our own food in order to feed ourselves we can always import it."
