Chris Lee is the vice president of communications for Gallagher’s employee communication and employee experience practice in Canada and is an expert in building brands that stand out and achieve a purpose. He is a regular speaker at industry events, including IFEBP, HRPA, Conference Board of Canada, WorldatWork, CPBI, and InnovateWork. He will be a featured speaker at this year’s IABC World Conference in Toronto. He’s also written insightful pieces for Benefits Canada, Canadian HR Reporter, HR Director magazine, Plans & Trusts magazine, Benefits & Pensions Monitor. Lee is on the Board of Directors for IABC’s Toronto chapter, and has also been on the Board of Directors for GTA Rewards Association and currently sits on an advisory board for IFEBP.
