The correlation between discipline and one's mental health is strong. Various studies have shown how building discipline can decrease anxiety and depression in subjects. Discipline has completely changed my life. I talk about what discipline is, compared to what it's believed to be, and how to build it in your life with simple steps. Naturally, procrastination will come down and performance will go up as a consequence too, let alone more peace and joy.
