We're in the middle of our 20-week challenge to building your resilience so that you bend instead of break when facing adversity and tough times. And I think we've got some tough times. Well, on the way for a lot of people. Layoffs are happening in the tech sector and people are struggling a bit. We are also struggling with inflation and recession. And so we really wanna build our resilience so that we can handle all of these challenges.

Last week, we talked about being problem-free, having systems to do so, and how the solution is integrity plus boundaries plus standards. This week we're gonna be talking about reorienting around your values.

We started off with the "what", then, what is sort of the demographics, the packaging of a person. And then we got into the "who", the who are you really like? What are you made of? et cetera. How you can make all of these things work for you? Our goal is to have the who and the how match the what.

So who you are inside, and how you run your life matches what people see on the outside, and that they're not different.

When do I suggest this lesson?:

- Feeling strectched thin.

- Not a lot of passion around your activities.

- Your community no longer feels like a fit.

This is WHO You are:

- How you go about your life

- The fingerprint that you leave on things

- Satisfy your needs, wants, your future

Organize YOU around these values:

- Your time

- Your interactions

- Your spending/savings should "scream" YOU

Don't Forget:

- Rising tide lifts all boats.

- Grow together

- Theme sheet at our site
