For the past few weeks, we've been focused on building up your resilience. This is still part of our 20-week challenge. Building up your resilience makes you flexible, where you bend instead of break when you're faced with challenges, and this is one of the top three elements that affect an organization's change success rate. So we look at the strength of the leadership, the strength of the communication, and just how resilient the employee body is. And right now there's a lot of stuff going on in the marketplace. Obviously, there are things like this recession that's going on. We're starting to see a lot of layoffs in the tech community, and we want to make sure that people can withstand that. That regardless of what's happening around them, they feel secure and safe.

And so today, we're gonna be talking about deepening the community and how that community can really serve you and be of service to them.

Key Points:

- Your community is those around you - casually and intentionally.

- Your mail carrier and weaving guild - your friends and associates/association.

- This is where you CHOOSE to spend your TIME.

Choose the Experience:

- Develop what you want

- Similar interests and values

- Continually upgrading

Experiment:

- What feeds you?

- What drains you?

Don't Forget:

- Rising tide lifts all boats.

- Grow together

- Theme sheet at our site
