In this episode I had a conversation with Mea Dawson, who is currently studying psychology while working. Our primary focus was on the work culture in Belize and our experiences in toxic working environments and how it affected our mental health without even noticing it. It is important to realize that you need a change in scenery, and that change brings inspiration to continue growing as an individual.
