The NFL and NFLPA are considering changes to the offseason that would include eliminating OTAs, and extending training camp. There are a lot of things to consider about a change that big, and how it might impact the way players and coaches approach the offseason. Regardless of how that situation shakes out, it seems like the Packers have a leader in Head Coach Matt Lafleur, that is up to any challenge.

So where does MLF stand among head coaches across the league at this point?
