I interview one of my BOSS LADIES and Vice President and Chief Program Officer of the Center for Leadership Development (www.cldinc.org) and a CLD Alumna, Dr. Terry W. Bailey. She has over 30 years of leadership experience and goes to work every day with the goal of advancing minority youth in Central Indiana to be future professional, business, and community leaders through experiences that promote personal development and educational

The gala not only celebrates women but also raises funds for local non-profits, so far raising $19,000+ for Dove Recovery House for Women and PINK RIBBON CONNECTION.
