He was beaten, mutilated and shot dead in the Jim Crow Mississippi South. Allegedly he whistle, catcalled or even aggressively approached a young white woman. He was just 14 years old! There is a new book out and the young white woman is now in her 80’s and has confessed that the non-crime Emmett Till was accused of and murdered for never happened.
