Pretending hides problems.
Especially financial ones.
Which escalates a pretending and spending death spiral.
But there is a way to address and reverse that.
It requires pulling up some plants to look at the roots of the problems.
Most of the roots are emotional.
Much of the root of the problem is behavior.
In todays podcast, Dr. Chelsea Adams and I pull on a few of these roots.
We may even hit a nerve or two.
♤ Immediate gratification
♡ What other people think
◇ Make yourself feel better/feel better about yourself
♧ Covet and compare
♤ Want what you can’t have
♡ Can’t buy love
◇Money doesn’t buy happiness

Find out more about a simple behavior changing habit stacking solution in today’ podcast.
Take a personal inventory.
And start your streak today!
