Bwire Moses, who is the Executive Director and Team Leader of PEER TO PEER UGANDA, A Ugandan based non-governmental organization that is working towards the reduction of HIV/AIDs infected individuals in the ‘rural communities’ of Uganda, ranging from ages 12-30years.
