In this episode I reflect on the impact of micro-rejections and the healing journey into finding true love and share with you some practices that are useful is this process. Like always, take what resonates with you and discard the rest.
I felt inspired to speak about this topic as I have found myself in a strange space of navigating how to participate in the dating world this time as a single mother.
And After 2 years of trying out online dating platforms I have found that the sum-total of micro-rejections I have experienced have been a true catalyst for diving deeper within myself and healing wounds I thought were long gone and creating a space of deeper self-love and healing, strength and resilience and most importantly an opportunity to get crystal clear about what it is I do want to feel and experience.
