When you take life too seriously, you can develop an unclear view of what's worth your time and energy. You might find that you spend less time laughing and more time being busy.

When you get caught up in the seriousness of it all, you can miss out on the joyful and happy aspects of life.

As that persists, we might find ourselves struggling with making confident decisions, especially about our future.

This week my guest is Confidence Coach Tamara Pflug, who believes we can all take life a little too seriously at times. She helps her clients tackle the beliefs or stories that hold them back, and gives them the tools they need to naturally exude more confidence, which helps them in every area of their life.
