In this crazy busy world we live in, often it’s difficult to find 5 minutes of silence and take in a deep breath. Being pulled in a hundred different directions is certainly challenging – especially when nothing seems to be going as planned. But even in a world of chaos, we can always find gratitude.

Gratitude is not limited by rules. Whether it’s the fact that the rain has stopped or that your parent pulled through surgery, we can show gratitude for absolutely anything. Research also shows that the more we express gratitude for the world around us, the happier we become. And then the ripple effect begins, with our happiness affecting those around us.
