Hi mamas!

In today’s episode, we’re diving into a topic that resonates deeply with many of us—caring too much about what others think. As working moms, it's easy to fall into the trap of worrying about how we're perceived, whether it’s how we parent, manage our careers, or balance it all. But here’s a truth bomb: most people aren’t thinking about you nearly as much as you think they are. Eleanor Roosevelt said it best "You wouldn't worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do."

💖 My challenge for this week mamas is to take some to reflect on a time where you let the worry of what other people might think affect how you did something or how you showed up as a mom, a wife a friend, a time where you were not true to yourself because you allowed the worry of other’s people’s judgement to affect your actions and then think about what you could do differently next time. And start taking the next steps to gaining confidence in yourself, in your values, and in your decision making because you got this and those people in your head truly don’t matter! The only thing that matters is you!
