Trevor Oldham is passionate about helping alternative investment companies expand their company without having to go to get-togethers, meetings, or handing out business cards that get wasted. Trevor strongly believes there are ways to enlarge your company that are just beginning to be explored. His mission is to teach and share his expertise with real estate professionals on the NEW approaches to growing their business so they can observe the unlimited possibilities.

In 2017, Trevor Oldham created Podcasting You in response to the necessity for outstanding alternative investment companies to have the opportunity to spread their narrative on high-ranking podcasts. Podcasting You has collaborated with hundreds of investors and organized thousands of interviews.
Trevor is committed to a NNN Deal, Multifamily, and Self-Storage Development Deal, in addition to investing in mortgage notes and continually enlarging my real estate portfolio.

In this episode we discuss:

· Trevor’s story as an entrepenuer and the pivots he had to make.

· How to shift from bootstrapping business to getting work done effectively and inexpensively.
