With lockdown easing in the UK this week, we take a look back at what our time in isolation has taught us. This episodes features our more serious realisations on subjects like self care and bowing to external pressure, as well as some more light hearted lessons! Joining us this week is Elsie Owen, who shares how, as a therapist used to helping others explore their own feelings, she has used this unique time to reflect on her own lockdown journey. She is full of useful and relatable insights and helps us to explore what our own experiences can tell us about life post lockdown too. About Elsie Elsie is a counsellor who loves working with people often in their twenties and thirties who feel like they don’t know who they are or what they want from their lives. She usually works with clients in-person from her therapy room in Newcastle upon Tyne, but has discovered a love for online therapy with people across the UK since lockdown. Elsie also runs an Instagram account and weekly newsletter sharing educational content and ideas that promote all things self-exploration, self-love and self-respect, which we can't recommend highly enough!
