Join us while we chat about how we need to normalize stay at home moms/homemakers again. We live in a world where we have to do it all but that comes with a price. It is time to learn from our past and understand our current lifestyle to find that happy medium. During the 80's/90/s processed and premade food became popular because both spouses were working and when you make food from scratch it takes all day if not longer so they had to come up with convienent food - however, that has come with a cost, our health.
So, let's normalize stay at home moms/homemakers (even after the kids go to school) because providing value doesn't have to mean providing an income!
