I’m the host and creator of the show, Nancy Davis Kho, and I’m also the author of The Thank-You Project: Cultivating Happiness One Letter of Gratitude at a Time. I’m so glad you’re here with me today to celebrate! Besides breaking through the triple digits with this episode, there are a couple of other significant milestones I’ve hit in May and June of 2021: 10 years of blogging at midlifemixtape.com. That’s right, back in 2011 I started posting short essays on the blog twice a week. Holy lord! That was a different time. I can’t imagine the stress of having to write two essays every week in 2021.
