The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is gearing up for deer hunting season in the state. Officials say because of the mild winter last year, the available population is robust. Stephanie Hoff gets numbers and details from Jeff Pritzl, DNR deer specialist.
H5N1 has been detected in a small backyard hog in Oregon. This is the first time H5N1 has been detected in hogs. Meanwhile, California is now over 153 herds of dairy cattle that have dealt with exposure to H5N1 there.Katie Burgess, broker analyst with EverAg, joins Pam Jahnke to talk more about how H5N1 is impacting California milk production.
