The 13th generational patriarch of America’s oldest Black Family, Mr. Q is CEO of Quander & Son Construction, based in Twentynine Palms, California. A nationally recognized artist, educator, life coach, author, and ministry founder, he is known for his profound dedication to helping individuals and organizations CONNECT WITH THE POWER WITHIN. Husband, father and active amputee (LBKA ‘18), Mr. Q is engaged in numerous causes, with a keen focus on building self-sustaining Black communities across America.
