This simple adjustment in strategy brought me 697 new followers and 1,167 new email subscribers without any "structured" social media strategy or focus on gaining new followers.
But, I only discovered this after firing my professional social media marketing agency that I spent $11,000 on -- and only generated 236 Instagram subscribers.
(I don't even want to do the math of the cost per new subscriber!)
