Today, I wanted to give you a quick market update. Our listing inventory is very low, and the market is so competitive right now that we are running into buyers who cannot find their dream home for a price they can pay for.
It's become very important for buyers to know about home remodeling and what your return on investment would be before you make a purchase.
Before I was in real estate, I was an investor. I flipped homes and did complete remodel projects, so I'm very well-versed in what it takes to turn a less-than ideal situation in to your dream home. I can help you look at what you're going to spend, assess what the ROI would be, and determine whether a home is a good or bad investment.
