This episode we take a quick trip to the Land of Oz to learn more about L. Frank Baum, the author of "The Wizard of Oz", who was born in Chittenango, NY. On the first weekend of June his life is celebrated in the Village of Chittenango with three days of festivities called the Oz-Stravaganza. This year the event takes place May 31 - June 2.
We sit down with the Museum Manager of the All Things Oz Museum Allison Lehr and Marc Baum, Foundation Secretary of the International L. Frank Baum & All Things Oz Historical Foundation. Listen to learn more about L. Frank Baum, his legacy, and why we are all enchanted by the Land of Oz.
