This week we're joined by Jordan Hutchison, Head of Product at Shaping Wealth. Jordan is an industry expert in the financial technology and financial planning profession. Jordan has held many leadership roles within the industry and has many academic accolades in particular a Doctorate in behavioral science, specifically in positive psychology.
Jordan joins us to discuss his expertise in Flow Theory, the art of "getting in the zone" and how you can use this theory in both your business and with your clients. In this conversation we cover:

  • What flow theory is and how you can harness it at work, at home and with your clients.
  • The impact of flow theory on advisor and client wellbeing
  • What frameworks you can use with yourself and your clients to find what gives you flow, energy and fulfilment
  • Key questions you can use in client appointments to help clients discover what gives them the most fulfilment in life
  • How to harness what gives your client's energy into "snackable" actions to help close the action/intention gap.
