The body and the brain are very special. The relationship is one to be respected and taken care of. We must be mindful in what we feed the body so that we can increase productivity in the brain. We must be intentional about feeding the brain because it will give the body what it needs to perform better and better. The time we take to be intentional about the labels we like or the fashion we love is the same level of intention that we should have when it comes to what we fuel ourselves with. Hydration, spirituality, activity, rest, and positive, self talk and thoughts. The body in the brain must always be in sync. It’s one of life‘s most, beautiful miracles. They work in unison’s, and we should always be doing our part to increase the balance and the harmony between the body and the brain.
