On this episode of Living Your Truth w/ Tavares we discuss knowing your triggers. Getting familiar with that uncomfortable feeling when you know something is about to make you react. It’s that unknown force that comes when you least expect it but when it’s present you know it far too well. There are ways that we can mitigate reacting to our triggers. One of those ways is to practice good breathing regiments. Another way is to practice stillness. We are all capable of knowing our triggers, and even more capable of meeting them where they’re at before they meet us where we are at.
