Lisa and her husband, both lifelong Dayton residents, founded their Club Pilates franchise after her husband left his position in accounting, seeking a new challenge. Pilates became not only a business but also a personal transformation tool for Lisa as she sought to regain control of her health. Lisa’s passion for making Pilates accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background, has shaped her mission. With members in their 80s and even a 92-year-old in private sessions, Lisa’s studios emphasize community, care, and lifelong wellness.
