I've been in and around the coaching + personal development industry for about 4 years - much longer if you factor in my yoga career.

And one of the things that makes me CRAZIEST is seeing people play whack-a-mole with the symptoms in their life and never address the underlying cause of what's going on.

So today on the podcast, we're talking about it.

If you have money drama - it's caused by unhealed stress and trauma.

If you have relationship struggles - it's caused by unprocessed stress and trauma.

If you have weight struggles - it's caused by unprocessed stress and trauma.

Your body keeps the score - and if you haven't been releasing and processing your daily stress as well as your bigger traumas, then your body is fighting a losing battle.
