In this episode, I am exploring the Dominant Dogma of “I’m not where I should be.” I offer up a brief reminder of how I define dominant dogma and begin to name the hierarchical structures that delineates where you "should" be in terms of your educational, developmental, and social progress. I also address the instilled drive to pursue external markers of achievement within specific timeframes, plus how important it is to practice being with where you are now, through compassion, full presence and living from your essence.
