River + Michele get their first repeat guest. Samantha Fox, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York. She has a private practice and works with individuals and couples struggling with sexuality, sexual issues, coming out later in life, and intimacy. Samantha joins Michele and River to discuss her NEW "Unbox Your Sexuality" Small Group Program where in 12 weeks the group will break out of the boxes that typically keep women small and learn how to step into living their most deeply aligned truth in 2024 and beyond. We also enjoy learning more about how Samantha utilizes IFS (Internal Family Systems) in her practice to uncover her clients parts and why she loves using IFS over other modalities to get to the root of it all.
It wouldn't be December if we also didn't talk about boundaries and how to better manage time around family, setting expectations and protecting self through it all.
