With California suffering from horrific wildfires, Chris and Sean discuss some of the reasons that this is happening. They point out that it is a culmination of factors, but one major issue is the anti-growth lawsuits perpetrated by the Sierra Club and Center for Biological Diversity which for years has sued to block common sense forest management practices.
They also discuss how this presents an opportunity for Arizona and its economic development goals - with organizations the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Free Enterprise Club, and the Goldwater Institute leading the charge for good policy.
