Today’s guest is Pauline Geraci, author, personal trainer, and fitness instructor. Pauline is a published author of two books about teaching in prison: Teaching on the Inside I and II. She has also self-published: Gifts of the Heart and Poems in Their Pockets. Pauline is a retired U.S. Army LTC., correctional educator, and gym owner. Today, she teaches Tai Chi/Qi Gong, Indoor Cycling, Strength Training and is a Personal Trainer. She loves to hike and garden but her passion is Pickleball.
